HyoEun Kwon is a global marketer with over a decade of experience leading integrated marketing across fashion, CPG, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and creativity, developing insight-led initiatives that build brand affinity, deepen engagement, and drive measurable growth.

With experience spanning the U.S., Asia, and Europe, she brings a nuanced understanding of global markets and cultural dynamics. Her approach translates consumer insights into data-informed strategies that strengthen brands and foster meaningful connections across audiences and cultures.

She has partnered with and contributed to global brands including Adidas, Disney, Hermès, Kering, Kraft Heinz, LVMH, Takashi Murakami, and the Louvre Museum on high-profile collaborations and special projects. At BBC ICECREAM (Pharrell Williams’ fashion brands), she connected the brand with the next generation of consumers by integrating content, community, and commerce, driving double-digit e-commerce growth.

Most recently, at H Mart (the largest Asian grocery chain in the U.S.) she has led e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives that delivered industry-leading returns on social campaigns and grew the brand’s email audience by thousands of new subscribers each month.
