HyoEun Kwon is a global marketer with over a decade of experience building brands across fashion, food & beverage, fitness, and beauty. With experience spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia, she brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of consumers, culture, and markets to the brands she works with.

Throughout her career, HyoEun has led brand initiatives, partnerships, and special projects for some of the most recognized names in fashion, culture, and consumer goods, including Adidas, Disney, Hermès, Kering, LVMH Fragrance, Kraft Heinz, and the Louvre Museum.

Most recently, she led digital growth for H Mart, delivering an average 10+ ROAS across social campaigns and an 8x ROI through lifecycle marketing. Previously, as Global Marketing Lead for BBC ICECREAM, Pharrell Williams' streetwear brands, she helped drive 85% revenue growth by integrating content, community, and commerce to engage a new generation of consumers.
